1235 Dog Licenses

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1235 (2007)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISHING FEES FOR DOG LICENSES

WHEREAS: The City of Elgin, by authority of Ordinance 5 1995, issues dog licenses annually from January 1, and;

WHEREAS: fees for the issuing of dog licenses is set by resolution of the Council;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That the fees for dog licenses be as follows,

Un-neutered males $15.00

Un-spayed females $15.00

Neutered males $10.00

Spayed females $10.00

Senior Citizen (head of household over 65) shall be charged at one-half the above rates.

Animals requiring licensing, not licensed by February 1 of each year shall be charge two times the above rates.
