1225 Intrafund Transfer

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1225 (2007)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL  MAKING APPROPRIATION TRANSFERS WITHIN THE STREET FUND

WHEREAS: The Street Fund Materials and Services expenditures for this fiscal year been greater than anticipated, and;

WHEREAS: The budgeted appropriations for Materials and Services are not adequate to cover the necessary expenditures, and;

WHEREAS: The Street Fund Transfers appropriation can be reduced to provide adequate funds to cover the Materials and Services expenditures.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:  That the Street Fund Materials and Services budgeted amount be increased by $5,000 from $55,325 to $60,325, that the Street Fund Transfers budgeted amount be reduced by $5,000 from $50,470 to $45,470, and that the amount of $5,000 be appropriated for the purpose of purchasing Street Fund Materials and Services.
