1350 Fund Removal

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1350 (2015)

Removal of funds 540 (Elgin Shooting Range) and 620 (911 Pass-Through Fund)

WHEREAS:  The City of Elgin hereby authorizes the Elgin City Council, Elgin Budget Committee and Recorder/Administrator to remove funds 540 (Elgin Shooting Range) and 620 (911 Pass-Through Fund) from the city budget.

WHEREAS:  This resolution allows for the city to maintain a clear and comprehensive budget and eliminate funds that are no longer in use or no longer needed as both funds have amounts of $0.00.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin will continually work towards a clear and concise budget every fiscal year that is easy for all those responsible for passing it to understand it and trim off all un-needed aspects.
