1222 Interfund Transfer

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1222 (2007)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY TO THE MUNICIPAL COURT AND SOLID WASTE TRANSFER DEPARTMENTS

WHEREAS: The Municipal Court and the Solid Waste Transfer have had more expenditures than anticipated due to increased operations, and;

WHEREAS: both departments have generated revenues that offset the increased expenditures;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That the General Fund Contingency budget be decrease by $15,700, the Municipal Court materials and services budget be increased by $7,000 and the Solid Waste Transfer materials and services budget be increased by $8,500, and;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that $7,000 be appropriated for Municipal Court State and County Assessment, and $8,500 be appropriated for Solid Waste Transfer Materials and Services (Transfer Service and Repair and Maintenance).
