Leopards Continue Their Streak Beating Newton Falls And Now Turn Their Helmets To Girard

Friday nights game ended in victory as the Leopards defeated the Tigers 52-6 leaving the Leopards with an astounding record of 7 wins and 2 losses. The offensive drive started out strong with a 69-yard pass from Dra Rushton leading to a touchdown when Chris Edmonds caught the pass. Another touchdown was scored in the first quarter as Charles Pickard ran an 18-yard handoff leading to a touchdown. Needless to say, Leopards ended the 1st quarter 27-0. The Leopards then had 2 more touchdowns between the 2nd and 3rd quarter. In the 4th quarter, the Tigers scored a touchdown as did Justin Cizmar leaving the final score at 52-6.

In other news, Friday night's game is the biggest game of the season! The battle of Belmont! The leopards will be facing off against the Indians Friday night at 7 PM. The playoff bracket is almost set, and in order for the Leopards to be considered a playoff spot, they must win this game and beat Girard's undefeated streak.
