Congratulations to the bowling team for a well played season. The bowling team will begin tournament play now that the regular season has whined down to an end. A special congratulation goes to Marissa Simon for bowling every bowler’s dream of a perfect 300 game. Marissa bowled her stellar set during a match played against Austintown Fitch on January 21st, 2013 at Wedgewood Lanes in Austintown, Ohio. Marissa was also selecte
d as My Valley Student Athlete of the Week for her tremendous accomplishment. Our team wants to say job well done to Michael Bryant who was also recognized as My Valley Student Athlete of the Week at the beginning of our well played season.
The bowling team would like to wish our seniors the best of luck after graduation and where ever their futures may take them; you will be missed on the lanes. We want to thank our parents for their never ending support throughout the season. A huge thank you goes to our coaches Mr. Jim Bryant for the Boys Team and Mr. Jim Cheff for the Girls Team. Lastly, we want to thank Mrs. Stewart for coming to the bowling alley and showing her support all season. We are looking forward to Sectionals and to next year’s season. GO LEOPARDS!!!
