45s class

Classing: 45s - 45 class Silverton

The 45s class was a class that originated with Silverton and followed their numbering scheme of placing a lower case S in the front of the original class and starting the numbering from 1. The 45s class consisted of a single locomotive 45s1 that was originally reclassed from NSW locomotive 4532 which, at the time was numbered 3532. It has retained its 45s classing despite being owned by Coote Industrial for a number of years. In September 2019 SSR renumbered it back to its original number 4532
