N469 has had much the same history as other N class's with having all of the V/line liveries to date, the LED marker lights added and being named after a victorian city, in this case that being "City of Morwell". It was one of the first 3 N's on Standard Gauge but was converted back in 2013 as a swap with another BG N going to SG.
