421 class

 The 421 class was a development of the 42 class. They were simmilar in design but featured a flat second cab and one streamlined cab and a number of other design revisions. 42101 is under restoration by it's private owner to operating condition. 42106 was stripped out and modifications were started to fit a 3,000hp EMD engine however the project stopped in the mid 2,000's and the loco has been stored ever since.
