Note: Do not reuse and update an old notice - as users may have already dismissed it and it won’t appear again.
1. Login to the website as administrator or editor.
2. Navigate on the page using left sidebar menu. Click "Notices" -> "Add New".
3. Add the title and the content. The content is the one that will be shown on the users. Few things under the content:
Put the time impacted in CST.
If it only applies to logged in users, check the box
4. Publish the notice. After making it publish, check if it appears using any incognito browser.
5. Set a reminder to deactivate/unpublish the notice.
1. Select and edit the notice you need to unpublish. On the right side of the edit page, under the "Publish" section. Update the status by clicking the "Edit" button.
2. Select "Draft". Click the "OK" button. Then click the "Update" button to make the notice draft and unpublished.
