This section will help us screen potential reviewers with multiple certifications in Salesforce and a minimum number of hours available to work to assist us in creating and updating the study guides and practice exams.
These steps describe how to apply as a potential reviewer and how we screen them in the QMS.
1. Click the 'Apply' button.
2. The potential reviewer will need to fill out the google form with their details then click the 'Submit' button:
Full Name*: Should be at least 5 letters and 2 words (e.g. Mary Poppins)
Email*: Should be a valid complete email address with '@' sign and '.com' (e.g. marypoppins@mailinator.com)
Linkedin Profile
Certifications*: Configurable in the Assignment Workbook under Assessment Requirements sheet (e.g. Admin, Advanced Admin, Community Cloud, App Builder, PD1, PD2, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Available hours per week*: Configurable in the Assignment Workbook under Assessment Requirements sheet (e.g. Admin = 8 hours)
Area of Interest: Study Guide or Practice Exams
Experience with Salesforce*: Tell us if you have any experience with Salesforce.
Experience with developing training materials*: Elaborate your experience in creating training materials.
Why do you think you would be suitable for helping with this?*: The reason why you are fit for this job

3. If the potential reviewer is not qualified then he/she will receive a message stating "Thank you for your interest.
Currently, we need people with different certifications and a higher number of hours available per week, however, we will keep your details and contact you in the future if our requirements change."
Or if the potential reviewer qualifies based on the response in the form then he/she will be navigated to the Standard Question Assignment page wherein he/she can create the sample assignment question.
The potential reviewer can access the question examples and guidelines on how to create good questions via the link above the Standard Question Assignment page.
Question Topic*:
Configurable in the Assignment Workbook under Assessment Config sheet (What is this question about, e.g. Search capabilities available in a Lightning Community.)
This may have already been provided when the question was assigned. If not, then it needs to be completed.
Question*: Ensure the question includes 'Choose X answer/s'
Options*: Ensure there are at least 4 options (e.g. A. B. C. D.)
Answer*: Correct Option Letter
Explanation*: Explain why the correct option is correct and why the incorrect options are incorrect.

When a candidate wishes not to complete the question now because he/she doesn't have the time to do it or might something else, he/she can re-submit it later using the 'Complete Question Later' button. The status of submission will be set from Submitted to Pending.
A link will be sent via email which can they use to come back to complete the question.
4. Once you are done, you may now click the 'Submit Question' button to send it to the respective reviewer for the first assessment.
A thank you message will be displayed upon completing the sample question. Also, an email will be received to notify that a new candidate submitted a sample question and is ready for review.
These steps describe how to complete the question or update the submission. The user may either use the link displayed on the page when they click the 'Complete Question Later' button or check the email and use the link provided.
1. Click the 'link' to redirect to the Standard Question Assignment page.
Or go to the registered email then click the provided link as shown below.
2. Complete the question by entering data in the following fields:
Question Topic*:

3. Once you are done, you may now click the 'Submit Question' button to send it to the respective reviewer for the first assessment.

Once the potential reviewer completed the sample question, it will now be submitted to the respective reviewer or screener for the initial review. Anyone with screener permissions can do the reviewing then pass it to the second or final review.

2. Go to the 'New Candidates' tab. Select the desired Assignment from the 'Candidates for First Review' table then click the 'Review' button.
3. Review the Question then enter the comments in the Comments fields (if any). The reviewers may also enter internal comments about the candidate and save it for reference.
4. Select 'Pass' from the Decision drop-down box if it passes the initial review.
Or select 'Fail' from the Decision drop-down box if it fails the initial assessment.
5. Click the 'Save' button.
Note: Question will be submitted for the second review and will be assigned to the respective reviewer. If the reviewer wishes to send back the sample question to the candidate to review their work, they can just fill up the Question Review Comments for the Candidate section.
6. Enter the comments in the Question Review Comments for the Candidate then click the 'Send Comment to Candidate' button.
Note: Email will be sent to the candidate for them to review their work. They will be able to revise the question and submit it again for review. The status will be changed from 'Submitted' to 'Sent for revision'.
Once it passes the initial review it will then submitted for the final assessment. Whoever has not reviewed the question in the first phase will make the final call.

2. Go to the 'New Candidates' tab. Select the desired Assignment from the 'Candidates for Second review' table then click the 'Review' button.
3. Review the Question based on the last review comment then enter the comments in the Comments fields (if any).
4. Select 'Pass' from the Decision drop-down box if it passes the final review.
Or select 'Fail' from the Decision drop-down box if it fails the final assessment.
5. Click the 'Save' button.
Note: Once the reviewer has done with the final evaluation, it will immediately notify the candidates via email whether it passes or it fails the screening.
If the reviewer wishes to send back the sample question to the candidate to review their work, they can just fill up the Question Review Comments for the Candidate section.
6. Enter the comments in the Question Review Comments for the Candidate then click the 'Send Comment to Candidate' button.
Note: Email will be sent to the candidate for them to review their work. They will be able to revise the question and submit it again for review. The status will be changed from 'Submitted' to 'Sent for revision'.
The reviewers can view the profile details of the candidates in the List of Candidates table.
1. Log in by entering your Name and Password.
2. Go to the 'New Candidates' tab. Select the desired Candidate from the 'Candidate List' table then click the 'View Profile' button.
Notes:
The Active and Inactive list of Candidates will be displayed on this page.
The Profile details of the Candidate will display as shown below. The reviewers may also enter internal comments about the candidate and save it for reference.
They can also remove a candidate on the list by clicking the 'Remove' button under the Active Candidates table and will automatically go to the Inactive Candidates table.
The reviewers can view the previous feedback sent to the candidate (question review comments).

2. Go to the 'New Candidates' tab. Select the desired Candidate from the 'Candidate List' table then click the 'View Feedback' button.
Note: The previous feedbacks will display separately with the date included as shown below.

The following email will be received by the candidate when they have not created a question yet.
The following email will be received by the candidate when they have not revised their question yet.
An internal note with the date and text 'Reminder email sent to create a question' or 'Reminder email sent to revise question' will be displayed under the Notes section.
Reviewers can rate the Candidates according to their performance. They can be rated from 1-4, where 1 is Excellent, 2 is Okay, 3 is Promising if English is updated and 4 is No.
Go to the 'New Candidates' tab. Select the desired Candidate from the 'Active Candidate List' table then choose the rating from the dropdown box.
List of Candidates can be sorted by either Date Submitted or Status or Rating.
To sort candidates, simply click the columns (Date Submitted, Status or Rating)
