Policy Reference Update (Dec 4th 2025)
For permanent employees, all applicable benefits, entitlements, and policies are outlined in the Global K2 Hub and further defined in each individual Employment Contract Agreement. In any case of discrepancy, the terms stated in the employee’s contract shall prevail.
For contractors, all terms of engagement—including working conditions, payment structure, and any applicable provisions—are governed exclusively by the Statement of Assignment (SOA) and the contractor agreement that has been signed at the start of the engagement. This page does not list contractor benefits, as these are not part of the new contractor agreement.
