The steps involved during the study guide review process are listed below. Specific instructions with screenshots are available in the respective subpages.
1. Determine Topics to Update
Once the latest release is ready (or when we receive user feedback), Martin will list the changes and identify in which study guides they belong to. Information will be consolidated in this Google sheet. It will indicate whether the topics have been added to the Trello cards as a checklist for the reviewer and if a question needs to be added in the related exam.
2. Prepare PDF Export
The reviewer will save the existing content from the live site as a PDF file.

3. Review the PDF Export
The reviewer must check the content for improvements and perform updates as per the latest release or user feedback. If applicable, there will be a separate checklist for the specific topics from the release/feedback that needs to be added/edited in the study guide. There is also a standard checklist for reviewers to go through to make sure everything is up to date. The review itself can be done by commenting on the PDF. After leaving all the comments on the PDF, it must be saved before being uploaded to the card.

4. Review Content
The changes recommended by the reviewer will be checked by Martin to make sure nothing was missed and added/edited information is accurate.
5. Implement the Changes on the Draft Page (Ready for Formatting)
The PDF file containing the comments will be used to implement the changes on the WordPress draft page.
6. Review the Page (Online Review)
The online reviewer will check if all changes from the PDF was successfully implemented on the page. If not, the online reviewer should fix the bugs/errors.
7. Move to Ready to Publish
Martin will copy the updated content of the draft page to the published page to make it available to the users.
