You show up for work the second you log in to Slack, our group chat program. If you’re running late or have to pop out of the office for a bit, please send a quick update to the team via the Slack’s #time-off channel.
Punctuality
Everyone is expected to be online in Slack on work days on the agreed work time period.
For Full Timers in the Philippines, unless otherwise agreed, working time is from 9am - 5pm PH time.
Sign on is signified by a greeting message at the beginning of the day on Slack on Slack’s #sign-on channel.
Sign off is signified by completing your timesheet with a comment summarizing your activities for the day via K2 Konnect
The daily timesheet must be completed at the end of each day. If for some important reason it cannot be completed on the day, it must be submitted the next day with the reason why it was not submitted . Timesheets more than 2 days old will not be accepted.
Absence of a sign on message and / or daily timesheet will be treated as an unpaid day off.
Availability
Everyone is expected to be online in Slack, when you sign on. Slack sets the status to ‘away’ when there is no activity for 30 minutes on the computer.
Full time staff are expected to reply to any messages in Slack, within 1 hour, excluding lunchtime.
