Earning Points and Redeeming Points

• How do I earn points?

  • You can earn points by participating in forums, purchasing products, and referring friends and family. 

• How do I redeem my points?

  • You may redeem your earned points by applying them to product discounts (if applicable).

  • You may redeem your earned points by choosing FOF merchandise equivalent to the number of points needed

• How will I know that I redeemed a merchandise successfully?

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after redeeming your points.

• Who are eligible to earn points?

  • The Program is open to all enrolled Users of Focus on Force.

• Will my points expire?

  • Points will expire one year from the date they are earned.

• How will I earn a point when I completed a course?

  • Study Guide Courses - The ser needs to mark all lessons and topics as completed to earn points

  • Practice Exams - The user needs to pass every exams(topic, practice and question bank) based on actual passing percentage sa trailhead

• Can I transfer my points to other users?

  • Earned points are not transferable to another User.

• Is there a maximum limit to earn points?

  • We have set a daily limit on ways of earning points. You may find it in the ‘How to Earn Points’ section.

Merchandise Shipping

• Is the shipping fee covered when I redeem merchandise through the Focus on Force rewards program?

  • Yes, the shipping fee for merchandise redeemed through the Focus on Force rewards program is covered by Focus on Force. You will not be required to pay any additional fees to have the merchandise shipped to you.

• Can I choose my preferred shipping method when redeeming merchandise through the Focus on Force rewards program?

  • The shipping method for merchandise redeemed through the Focus on Force rewards program will be determined by Focus on Force. You may not have the option to choose your preferred shipping method.

• Will I be responsible for paying any taxes or duties on the merchandise that I redeem through the Focus on Force rewards program?

  • You may be responsible for paying any taxes or duties that are imposed on the merchandise as a result of the shipment, depending on the laws of your country. It is always a good idea to check with your local authorities to understand any applicable taxes or duties that may apply.

• Can I track the shipping status of my redeemed merchandise?

  • You will not be able to track the delivery status of your merchandise. Only the Focus on Force team will be able to provide you with delivery estimate of your merchandise.
