If the user needs to find certain related questions because maybe it requires an update or it would serve as a reference to a question that he/she currently working on then the search function can be used.
These steps describe how to use the search function in the QMS.
1. Login by entering the Name and Password.
2. Go to the 'Search' tab
3. Select the desired filters(UI Question Status, Screenshot Status, Last Updated Before, Certification, Category or Detailed Category) or/and enter the "term" or "phrase" in the search box then click the 'Search' button
Notes:
Results will be displayed in table form. Clicking each question will expand and display the current exam mapping.
UI Question Status and Screenshot Status fields may be filled with values or updated.
Users may also sort the questions by clicking the column headings
4. The user can select or select all the desired related questions to create a review assignment. To create a review Assignment, select or select all the desired questions from the table. Pick the preferred Reviewer from the drop-down box and enter the Objective(if any).
5. Click the 'Create Assignment' button.
Note: The Review Question Assignment will be created and will be listed in the Current Assignments table.
6. When the user wants to add an existing question to a new exam, the Map Exams button can be used. To map the exams, select or select all the desired questions from the table then click the 'Map Exams' button.
Note: Question will be moved to mapping (DB Update tab).
