How to use the "Upload Links" function

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

Open the "Screenshot Link Master File" here and go to the worksheet labeled "Lookup"
Work only on the entries that shows "NA" in column B. Entries that does not have a value of "Yes" in column C are the ones that needs to be worked on.
Go to the Upload Automation Tool in Salesforce and click the "Upload Links" button
Paste the links on the space provided in the pop up box.

NOTE: Please make sure that the fof-cdn-live and Delete from Media Library are the options that are preselected. Do not change the settings.

Select the "Start" button to begin the process
Once it's completed, the automation tool should provide a summary of what happened with the questions and the links that were updated

DO NOT change the settings of the preselected options. It should always be fof-cdn-live and Delete from Media Library.
Always mark the "Screenshot Link Master File" sheet once a link has been uploaded to S3.
Always validate if the file has been removed from the media library by checking the old file.
Always validate if the cdn link is working.
For any types of error, please press F12, take a screenshot of the whole page that shows the error and send it to AP.
