Website Fixes

1. What has been fixed? Before when users go through their profile page to update their cover image/photo and it was successfully uploaded, it displays the message "HTTP Error". We now have it fixed by showing the proper success message.

Same thing happens when deleting cover image/photo and we have it fixed as well.
