The Question Management system is used for the management of creating a new question and reviewing existing questions.
Question assignments are created when new questions need to be created, or questions need to be reviewed. Question assignments are assigned to users.
The status field is used to track the progress of a question assignment. The status can be:
In Queue: The question assignment has been created, assigned but not started
In Progress: The question has been worked on and saved as a draft. A question will also have this status if a question has been reviewed, and requires further work.
Quality Check: The question has been completed and submitted for review
Format Check: The question review has been completed and is ready for format check
Ready for database update: The question format check has been completed and it is ready to be updated in the database
Ready for online review: Question has been updated in The database and it is ready to be checked In the actual exam Online
A warning message will be displayed for any users who do not have configured email in the backend. It will be highlighted in red color with a message "Email is not configured for <reviewer's name>".
e.g. "Email is not configured for Test 1"
If a user wishes to filter the list of exams related to certification and the number of questions associated, it can be done under the Admin tab.
Filter the desired certification by selecting from the drop-down and it will automatically display the results.
If a user wishes to display the number of questions of each detailed category in the selected practice exam, he can do it under the Admin > Status tab. The Category and the Total for each Category will also display.
Select the desired Practice Exam by selecting from the drop-down and it will automatically display the number of questions of each detailed category.
When a user wanted to view the total number of questions by Certifications or Assignment Type or Status, they can do it under the Reports tab. The user can use the filter by Assignment Type to display the total number of questions.
This report lists the items by reviewer. It is similar to the existing report that lists the number of work items by certification by status however, it will list by reviewer.
It lists the logs of activities/actions done by the user in the QMS. It will display the number of actions by user and number of actions by week or month.
User may filter the Activity Log report by User using the drop down list located above the page by simply selecting the desired user from the drop down list.
They can also filter using the desired dates by using the Date picker located at the right side of the page. Users can select either by Fixed dates, Last 7 days/14 days/30 days, Today or Yesterday.
Users can display the number and percentage of actions by user by selecting the user from the bar graph.
To display all number of action, simply click outside of the bar graph.
Activity Logs can also be filtered by clicking each column title from the table. It can be listed by Time, User, Activity, Question No. or Details.
