The purpose of this document is to:
1. Give an overview of the company to the team members.
2. Provide an explanation of policies.
This Team Member Handbook is not intended to be a contract, as the Company will continually review its policies and benefit programs, and may modify or terminate programs and details at any time. When questions of interpretation arise, they will be settled by referring to actual plan documents and top management deliberation.
Company management retains the exclusive right to hire, direct and schedule the team; to plan, direct and control operations; to terminate work agreements; to announce policies, rules and regulations; and in all respects, carry out the ordinary and usual functions of running a business.
All policies, benefits, procedures, and/or operating methods are subject to change or discontinuation at management’s discretion.
