1. What's changed? Category score percentages are now shown back again on all question bank exams.

2. What's changed? Merging feature requests.
When selecting 2 (or more) requests & applying the "Merge" action, the votes (of different users) and comments of the other request(s) must be added to the primary request. All comment details (e.g. comment date & author) must be retained.
When merging 2 or more requests, the non-primary request's details (Title, author, submission date, content and attachments) will be added as a comment to the Primary request, with a label that indicates it is a "Merged Request" above the comment.
If the same user already has 1 vote on one of the requests, all his other votes on the other requests (to merge) will not be added up. Only 1 vote per user is valid when merging multiple requests.
