Creating a Testimonial

This video describes the process to create a testimonial in Thrive Ovation from feedback left by a user. 

Process:

1. Go to the feedback sheet Feedback sheet

2. Look for entries in column 'D' (Just a few more questions) where they have agreed for us to use the comments and photo in a testimonial

3. If someone has answered YES to the question, the question text will be copied here

4. For example, if someone agrees that we can use the comments as a testimonial, the text is 'May we use your comments as a testimonial on the site?, May we use your LinkedIn photo with the testimonial?,

5. Copy the name to create a testimonial

6. Search for a LinkedIn or Success community photo, save locally, add to media

7. Create a new Testimonial in Thrive Ovation and add the details and photo

8. Add in the appropriate tags

9. Check the testimonial displays correctly, here: https://focusonforce.com/testimonials/

Notes:

• Not all feedback should be converted to a testimonial, only very positive comments

• Remember to mark the columns at the end of the row with 'NA' if no testimonial is created, or add the date if a testimonial is created

• Remember to add the appropriate tags to the testimonial.
