Some people like to use third party websites such as Quizlet to review for their certification exam. Unfortunately, that makes exclusive FoF content available to the public.
Routine checks are done weekly until all Quizlet sets (and other similar sites) are no longer listed in Google. Afterwards, monthly checks will be done to make sure no new sites containing FoF content have emerged.
The steps for checking are as follows:
1. Open reference Google Sheet*
2. Find questions related to each exam
3. Search Google for a sample of the questions (find a unique string e.g. 'Fast Finance....')
4. Search for the unique string in Google with quotes, e.g. "Fast Finance"
5. If it is found, search for a question from the copied set in the reference sheet
6. If it seems like it was copied, add as a checklist item in the Trello card (on the Processes and Testing board), along with the ID's of the questions that were copied. e.g. Admin Exam || Question IDs 7,8 || URL: www.quizlet.com/XXX
7. Check other sets done by the same person in Quizlet, as often they will create multiple copied sets. Check all by clicking on the quizlet user icon. Repeat steps 5 and 6.
