When the users need to create or review a Question, they will need first to create an Assignment which will be assigned to the respective reviewers before it will be available on the UI.
These steps describe how to create either a new question assignment or a review question assignment.
1. Login by entering the Name and Password.
2. Go to the 'Create Assignments' tab then click the 'New Questions Assignment' button.
3. Enter/select data in the following fields:
Select Creator/Reviewer^: User may select a different creator/reviewer
Assignment Type*: (e.g. New Exam, Forum Feedback, Release Update, Cert Improvement)
UI Question Status*: (e.g. Updated for Lightning, UI Independent, Classic Only Feature, Lightning Update Required)
Screenshot Status*: (e.g. Added. Required, Needs Updating, Not Required, Needs Review)
Select Certification^ (e.g. Admin, Advanced Admin, Community Cloud, App Builder, PD1, PD2, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Select Category and Sub-Category^: User can select the specific category and sub-category of the assignment
Objective: Explain the purpose or the goal of the created assignment
Question Topic: What is this question about, e.g. Search capabilities available in a Lightning Community. This may have already been provided when the question was assigned. If not, then it needs to be completed.
Number of Questions*: The number of questions to be created

The New Question Assignment will be created and will be listed in the Current Assignments table. Also, an email will be received to notify the reviewer that a new assignment has been assigned.
Or if a reviewer does not have an assigned email, it will still create an assignment but will prompt a validation message stating "'X' Assignment created Successfully. Emailing failed as address not found for <reviewer's name>."

3. To add more than one category, select data in the following fields then click the 'Add another category set' button under the category set section:

4. Click 'Get Questions' button
Note: List of questions related to the Certification and Category will be displayed in the table. Users may also sort the questions by clicking the column headings.

5. Select/select all the desired Questions to be reviewed by ticking the checkbox/es.
Notes:
Reviewers may view the details of each review question when clicked.
Question Topic, UI Question Status and Screenshot Status fields can be updated.
The screenshot status and last updated date columns are added to display the status of the screenshots in each question and when the question is last updated.
Also, image and explanation word count columns are added to display the number of image links and the explanation word counts of each question. It will help the reviewers search for a particular category and see it quickly without opening each question.
Shading will be as follows:
Red - If less than 30 characters
Light Red - > 30 and less than 60 characters
White - > 60 characters
When the user selects the questions to be reviewed, the 'Selected X Questions' field will be populated with the number of questions selected.
5. Click 'Create Assignment' button.

The Review Question Assignment will be created and will be listed in the Current Assignments table. Also, an email will be received to notify the reviewer that a review assignment has been assigned.
Or if a reviewer does not have an assigned email, it will still create an assignment but will prompt a validation message stating "'X' Assignment created Successfully. Emailing failed as address not found for <reviewer's name>."
1. Login by entering the Name and Password.
2. Go to the 'Current Assignments' table. Select the desired Questions to update the reviewer by ticking the checkbox/es.
Notes:
If a question was flag for clarification or needed more information, it will have a status set to 'Clarification' and will be highlighted in orange color. If there's a comment on the question, the status will be highlighted in yellow color as shown above.
The following fields will be available and displayed:
Selected # of Assignments
List of Reviewers in the drop-down box
Update Reviewer button
Reviewers may also view the details of each question and review comments in the Current Assignments table when clicked.
3. Select the desired Reviewer from the drop-down box then click the 'Update Reviewer' button.
Notes:
The reviewer of the selected Question/s will be updated and a notification message will be displayed.
The old assignment date will be updated as well.
An email will be sent to the new reviewer to notify them that the question assignment/s has been assigned.
Or if a reviewer does not have a configured email, it will still update the reviewer/s but will prompt a validation message stating "Updated reviewers for 'X' assignments. Emailing failed as address not found for <reviewer's name>."
