This task is to extract the questions for a particular category and paste them into a working sheet, for someone to review.
Before you begin:
- Check access to the Question Master Reference Google Sheet
- Check access to the Question folder for the Certification e.g. Questions - Admin Questions
1. Open the Question Master Reference google sheet

2. Check the sheet is sorted by Category (if not then stop, and notify)
3. Create a new google sheet in the Questions folder, and name it Certification Question Review Month Year: Category
e.g. Admin Question Review Sep 17: Activity Management and Collaboration
4. Copy the header row from the Question Master Reference sheet to the new sheet created
3. Find the first question for the required Category in the Question Master Reference
4. Copy the rows for all of the questions in the Category FOR THE EXAM to be reviewed.
Be careful not to copy rows for another exam, see example below.
5. Paste the rows into the new google sheet (USE PASTE VALUES)
6. Hide columns A-F to make it easier to read
6. Adjust the width of the main columns, e.g. Question, Options and Explanation to make it easy to read
7. Copy the Link for the Sheet to the Trello Card
