Question: When can we usually allow the extension or renewal of the user's access?
Answer: The process is to check the usage. If it was used extensively then we won’t extend, they need to repurchase. If it looks like it wasn’t used, then it can be extended.
Example:
This example below is already an expired course and the user wishes to extend her access. Since she hasn't overly used it, we can extend or renew her access. You can respond with the Saved Reply "Extend Course Access"
This is a sample mail sent to a user who asked for an extension but used the practice exams a lot, reply with the "Cannot Extend" Saved Reply.
