No Activation Email

No activation emails on multiple attempts. Been a few days now and even checked my spam/junk

Message Body:

I have registered with two different email and username but haven't receieved activation link.

Message Body:

Received the url in the email after I registered but unable activate as activation code is blank and does not auto populate

Steps:

1. Click on Users

2. Click on Pending

3. Search for the user's email address

4. Click 'Activate'

5. Click 'All'

6. Search for the user's email

7. Click on the username

8. Set the user's password to : Sunshine123!

9. Email the user and let them know their account has been activated.

Hi XXX,

You account has been activated.

Your username is : EMAIL_ADDRESS

Your temporary password is : Sunshine123!
