Past results are missing

Here are the few reasons why the button `SAVE AND EXIT` for the exam wouldn't work:

1.) Feature will not work if using incognito mode of the browser.

2.) When user changed the device or browser where they saved it.

3.) When browser data/cookies has been cleared.
