If the user needs to find certain related questions because maybe it requires an update or it would serve as a reference to a question that he/she currently working on then the search function can be used.
These steps describe how to use the search function in the QMS.
1. Go to the Search tab
2. Select the desired filters(Certification, Category, Detailed Category, UI Question Status, Screenshot Status or Last Updated Before) or/and enter the "term" or "phrase" in the search box then click the 'Search' button
3. Results will be displayed below the page. Clicking the View button on each question will display the question details.
4. Status (UI Question Status and Screenshot Status) and Question Topic fields may be filled with values or updated. Click the Save button after updating the fields.
Users can Create a Review Assignment from the Search page. They can select or select all the desired related questions to Create a Review Assignment or Send it to Exam Mapping.
1. To Create a Review Assignment, select or select all the desired questions from the list below the page.
2. Select the preferred Reviewer and Assignment Type from the drop-down box and enter the Assignment Objective then click the Create Assignment button.
A Review Assignment will be created successfully and will be displayed on the Reviewer's Create or Review Questions tab.
Users can send the questions to exam mapping if it needs to be updated or deleted.
1. To send the question to exam mapping, select or select all the desired questions from the list below the page.
Click the Send to Exam Mapping button
Questions will be sent to exam mapping and will be displayed on the Update Question Mapping tab under the Database Update.
