How to check reviewed questions

Check the following:

Summary:

1. Check the 'Choose X answers.' is added and on a new line

2. Check the X number corresponds to the number of correct answers including if there is only 1 correct answer.

3. Check the options are formatted correctly with A. not a. Note there should be a space after the letter.

4. Check the options do not have spaces between them, and are listed as A,B,C not A, B, C

4a. Check there are no spaces or blank lines before or after the options.

5. Check that any quotes, are single quotes, and are 'escaped' with a \ character before the quote.

6. Check any images that refer to focusonforce.com, using https prefix, not http

6a  Check that the image matches the answer to the question

7. If there are any new images, ensure it is named appropriately e.g. category-questionnumber and then upload as a new media file.

8. Replace or add the link to the media file 

9. Check all image and reference links in the question work

10. Do a spelling check and correct any spelling errors.

Details:

3. Check the X number corresponds to the number of correct answers

NOTE: Only ONE space after the letter. The example below has 2 spaces.

4a. Check that there are no spaces or blank lines before or after the options.

5. Check the options do not have spaces between them, and are listed as A,B,C not A, B, C

6. Check that any quotes, are single quotes, and are 'escaped' with a \ character before the quote.

Do a search for the single quotes and check each result:

7. Check the any images that refer to focusonforce.com, using https prefix, not http

8. If there are any new images, ensure it is named appropriately e.g. category-questionnumber and then upload as a new media file. If more than one image is provided, combine the images into one new image file.

9. Before uploading screencast images to Focus site, make sure that they are compressed. We use kraken.io site for this.

10. Replace or add the link to the media file 

11. Check all image and reference links in the question work

12. Check Grammar and Spelling issues (for now I use Grammarly and this editor: https://www.grammarcheck.net/editor/)
