Process
User clicks on the "Redeem" button.
The system checks if the user has sufficient points.
If the user has sufficient points:
a. User fills out the Pop-Up Form.
b. User submits the form.
A message is displayed stating that the user redeemed successfully and the page will reload after 5 seconds.
An email is sent to support@focusonforce.com containing all the details of the redeemed item including the reference number.
An email is sent to the customer containing all the details of the redeemed item including the reference number.
Points are deducted from the user's account.
Customer Support places a merchandise order to Printful.'
If the user does not have sufficient points:
a. A message is displayed that points are not enough
Process
The email address "support@focusonforce.com" receives an email with the subject "FoF Merchandise Redemption".
The customer support (CS) team will access the email and extract the necessary details such as the customer's name, address, and requested merchandise.
The CS team will then add the customer's details and requested merchandise to a Merchandise Redemption Tracker, which is likely a document or spreadsheet used to track orders and their statuses.
The CS team will place the merchandise order to Printful.
After placing the order, the CS team will add the receipt or confirmation of the order in a designated folder called the Merch Redemption Folder, which is likely used to store records of merchandise orders and their corresponding receipts.
