How to Update Activities on the Google Form

Context:

With the Focus Point Booster program, we update the activities on a monthly basis. These activities typically fall under two categories: one involves community engagement, while the other involves promoting our products or company.

Steps How To Update the Activities

Step 1: Open the Focus Point Booster Entry Form - Edit Link

Step 2: Go to this question: What Focus Point Booster Activity are you submitting? Select 1 only.

Step 3: Click on the activity title and change it to the new one based on this booster activity schedule

Note: Make sure that the 'Required' field is ticked as shown in the photo above.

Any changes made will be automatically saved as long as you are connected to the internet.
