It is important to note that they cannot access the dashboard unless they sign in first to their account. Please see image above.
If the corporate customer do not have an account with us but is the administrator for their organization, please create an account for them as they cannot sign up without purchasing. Most of the time they do not need access to the course but need to access the dashboard.
If they said they have logged in but couldn't still see the dashboard, please advise them to refresh the page or open another window while logged in to their account. This will usually resolve the issue.
If they are still experiencing issues, please ask for screenshot/screen recording so we can understand better their concerns.
Here's the step by step guide:
Coupon Usage: This dashboard allows our corporate customers to see how credits or coupons have been used.
To track the coupon usage, logged in to your account.
Go to this link: https://focusonforce.com/display-coupon-usage/

Once you are prompted to the dashboard, type and enter the coupon and select the date on the "from" and "to" field
Then click the 'Search Coupon Records' to show all the 'purchases' made.
Note: For unique codes, each code should be individually check. Currently, there is no way to track multiple coupon codes usage in one view/page.
Tracking User Progress: This dashboard allows our corporate customers to see how users within their organization are progressing in their courses.
To track the user progress, logged in to your account.
