Users sometimes provide feedback regarding the study guides and practice exams. Examples include typo errors or outdated information. This may be communicated to us via the feedback form, support mail, page comments, and forum posts.
This page describes how to implement that correction via the QMS. There is no need to involve Trello in this process.
1. Go to the Search tab to search for the question or a part of it.
2. Tick the checkbox for the corresponding question and select your own name as the reviewer. The objective field should indicate what action needs to be done. For example: "Question Improvement: update data.com information". Click the Create Assignment button when done.
3. Go to the Create or Review Questions tab and click the Edit button for the corresponding question.
4. Implement the necessary changes and click the Submit for Review button. If you want to continue working on the question later, click on the Save Draft button.
Note: The question topic is required. If you cannot determine the question topic, just leave a dash.
