These steps describe how to use the Question Management system to create new questions.
1. Go to the 'Create or Review Questions' tab. To view all 'Create Questions' and 'Review Questions' with 'In Queue' and 'In Progress' statuses, enable the checkbox toggles.
2. Select the desired New Assignment with In Queue status to create a Question then click the 'Create' button.
Notes:
The 'In Queue' status means that the question assignment has not been started.
Users can filter the Assignments by Create Question, Review Questions, In Queue or In Progress so that it's easier to work on.
Questions are highlighted as follows:
Less than 5 days: WHITE
Over 5 days: LIGHT YELLOW
Over 14 days: LIGHT RED
3. Enter data in the following fields:
Question Note*: Comments about the question
UI Question Status*: (Updated for Lightning, UI Independent or Classic Only Feature)
Screenshot Status*: (Added, Required, Needs Updating and Not Required)
Status fields are updated?*
Question Topic: What is this question about, e.g. Search capabilities available in a Lightning Community. This may have already been provided when the question was assigned. If not, then it needs to be completed.
Question* (Ensure the question includes 'Choose X answer/s')
Options* (Ensure there are at least 4 options e.g. A. B. C. D.)
Answer* (Correct Option Letter)
Explanation* (Explain why the correct option is correct and why the incorrect options are incorrect)
Explanation Status* (Explanation Text was copied or Explanation Text was NOT copied)
Explanation explains the correct AND incorrect options? *
Text Highlighter (optional)
Reference 1*: Link to Salesforce help that provides more detail regarding the explanation and correct option
Reference 2: Optional second link to Salesforce help
Image 1*: Focus on Force screenshot link that provides a visual of the explanation / correct option
Image 2: Optional second Focus on Force link to provide additional explanation for the explanation
Image 3: Optional third Focus on Force link
Suitable screenshots and/or diagrams are added? *
Notes:
* is a required field. All required fields should be populated.
A validation message will be displayed if the required fields are empty or not complete.
Reference and Image links are now clickable.
Comments should be displayed ordered by date, with the earliest first. Field displayed in the following order: Date, Person, Comment.

4.A. Once done, you can either click 'Save Draft' button to save your work, but not submit for review.
A notification message stating "Success! The assignment has been saved." will be displayed upon saving the question as draft.
4.B. Click 'Submit for Proofreading' button will submit the question for proofreading and remove the assignment from your list.
A confirmation message asking the reviewer to submit the question to the next stage will be displayed.
A notification message stating "Success! The assignment has been submitted for proofreading." will be displayed. Select 'Yes, wish me luck, Lightning!' button. Question will be displayed in the Proofread stage.
4.C. Click 'Send for Clarification' button will flag the question if needing more information.
A prompt window will be displayed asking the reviewer to add comments before sending the question for clarification. Once done, click the 'Submit' button.
A notification message stating "Success! The assignment has been sent for clarification." will be displayed upon sending the question for clarification. Question will be displayed in the Current Assignments tab.
If a new question was worked on but not completed or doesn't want to submit for review yet, it can be saved as draft. The question status will be updated to 'In Progress'. These steps describe how to return to the new question and continue working on it.
Go to the 'Create or Review Questions' tab. Select the desired New Assignment Question in 'In Progress' status then click the 'Edit' button.
2. Modify the question and ensure the following guidelines:

If a question was reviewed but needs changes, it will return to your assignment list with the status 'In Progress'. These steps describe how to return to the question and continue working on it.

3. Click 'Submit for Proofreading' will submit the question for proofreading and remove the assignment from your list.
A prompt window will be displayed asking the reviewer to provide a response to the proofreader's comment. Once done, click the 'Submit' button.
A notification message stating "Success! The assignment has been submitted for proofreading." will be displayed. Question will be displayed in the Proofread stage.
Users are allowed to edit Google Slides and add them as image links on the assignment question. These steps describe how to add screenshots to the question using the Google Slides.
Go to 'Create or Review Questions' tab. Select the desired New/Review Assignment then click the 'Create' or 'Edit' button.
2. Go to the Google Slides section below the Reference Links then log in to the Google Drive using the 'Google Drive Sign In' button.
3. Once signed in to the Google Drive, click the 'Open Google Slides' button. A notification message will be displayed to let the users know to use the 'Open' button from the table to display the slides for the related detailed category.
4. Click the 'Open' button from the table. The Google Slide links and the presentation will be displayed below the page.
5. Make any changes on any of the slides in the opened presentation.
6. Once done, click the 'Refresh Links' button to create/add image links on the table.
7. Add slide links to empty Image Link fields by clicking the 'Add' button from the table. Users are also allowed to remove the slide links by clicking the 'Remove' button.
A notification message stating "Success! <Slide No.> has been added to <Image Link No.>" will be displayed.
Notes:
It's not possible to add a link if there is no empty Image Link field.
The image links will only be added on empty Image link fields. So if the first field is not available, it will be added on the next field.
