How to check updated questions in the UI

When a question has been checked in the user interface, the status will be updated to 'Checked Online'. These steps describe how to set the question to Checked Online. 

1. Login by entering the Name and Password.

2. Go to the 'Online Review' tab. Select the desired Assignment then click 'View' button 

3. List down all the Mapped Exams on which we will verify later

Note: Question Bank Exams will be excluded. 

4. Go to the question and copy the content 

5. Go to the Mapped Exams:

• App Builder Exams > Topic Exams > Mobile (5%)

Select 'Check answers at the end of the exam' Exam mode then click 'Begin' button.

Click 'Start Exam' button. 

6. Click  the 'Exam Summary' button

7. Click 'Finish Exam' button 

8. Click 'View Questions' button then click again to display 'View Incorrect' button then click again 

9. Press CTRL + 'F' character then paste the question copied before 

10. For each question verify the following:

• Question displays correctly

• Options display correctly

• Explanation display s correctly

• Number of correct answers matches what is asked for

• Reference Links are functional

• Image Links are functional

Example 1:

• There is a problem with the question text 'Which of the following correct' instead of 'Which of the following are correct'

• The number of answer DOES match what is asked for

• The explanation text does NOT match the correct options

Example 2: The 'Choose 1 answer' is not on a new line. 

11. If everything is OK, click the 'Checked Online' button
