Here are some of Corporate Customers issues that may ask us for support and the suggested responses/solutions:
Corporate Customer is not able to access coupon usage report or /and user progress report dashboards.
It is important to note that they cannot access the dashboard unless they sign-in first to their account.
If the corporate customer does not have an account with us but is the administrator for their organization, please create an account for them as they cannot sign up without purchasing. Most of the time they do not need access to the course but need to access the dashboard.
If they said they have logged in but still could not see the dashboard, please advise them to refresh the page or open another window while logged in to their account. This will usually resolve the issue.
If they are still experiencing issues, please ask for a screenshot/screen recording so we can understand better their concerns.

Reassigning or transferring access to another user.
This request usually comes from Capgemini, We do not allow transfer of access to another user unless there is a valid reason. Please see the user's course/s usage/progress if they have used the course/courses for a month or so, then politely decline the request.
Providing coupon codes.
When an individual asks for their company's coupon code, please refer them to the person in charge within their organization for the coupon codes (if they need it). Other people not authorized to use the code sometimes get access to it which becomes a problem. If they are asking about how many are credits are left from their account, we could be able to check it in the coupons dashboard in WordPress. Simply type in the company name in the search bar and check the coupon usage.

Issues with applying the corporate coupon code.
Please advise the user to use their company email address when placing the order using the coupon code. They need to place the order using their company's email address otherwise it will not allow them to proceed. We have placed email domain restrictions to tighten security and prevent unauthorized coupon usage. If this is not the case, please ask the user to send us a screenshot of the error showing on their end.
