Database(learndash) and Files(invoices) Maintainance Process

Note: Before proceeding with the deletion of data, please contact WP Engine support and ask to disable the "Long Process Killer(LPK)". No need to enable the maintenance mode during the process of deleting records and data.

There are 4 types of data to remove as follows:

1.) User Quiz Statistics Records

• https://sites.google.com/site/focuswiki1/website-development/database-maintenance-and-cleanup/user-quiz-statistics-records-deletion

• Scheduled: 1st week of the month

• 1 day worth of data = requires 3 minutes

• 10 days worth of data a day

• 50(10 x 5 days) days worth of data a week

2.) User Quiz Attempts Records

• Scheduled: 2nd week of the month

3.) User Course Activity Records

• Scheduled: 3rd week of the month

• 1 day worth of data = requires 2 minutes

• 15 days worth of data a day

• 75(15 x 5 days) days worth of data a week

4.) User Order Invoices

• Scheduled: 4th week of the month

• 1 day worth of data = requires 1 minute

• 30 days worth of data a day

• 150(30 x 5 days) days worth of data a week
