Users may report that they are unable to view their past results. Martin deletes results older than 3 months so this is only an issue if the site does not save recent exams.
If the missing results are older than 3 months, please write the user:
"Hi XX,
Thank you for your patience. Only the results from the past 3 months are available. Due to performance and storage constraints, detailed results older than 3 months are removed.
Since we update the questions as necessary with each release, a recent exam would be a better gauge of your knowledge rather than a result from 6 months ago.
Please let us know if we can assist further."
If the missing results are recent (i.e. less than 3 months old), please check with the Dev Team.
If the exam results in question or all of the recent exams display the results properly (after expanding the toggle, complete with the questions and answers), please write the user:
"Hi XX,
Thank you for your patience. We have checked your exam results and they display properly.
Can you please check again? If the exam results are still missing, please send us the screenshot."
If we see the results from the Search Past Results page, they should also see the same on their Display Past Results page. We ask for the screenshot just to make sure they are looking at the correct page and link. If for some reason the results don't show on their end and it does on ours, ask the dev team.
If the latest or one of the recent exams say "statistics not found", please write the user:
"Hi XX,
Our system was unable to save your exam results. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
To avoid this from happening again, please:
Close the window if you're not working on the exam for a long time (e.g. calling it a night or taking a long break). The exam progress is saved in browser cookies and you can continue where you left off later on.Â
Try clearing your cache.
Try another browser.
If the above suggestions do not work, please try another device.
