The "Focus Point Booster" aims to enhance the user's ability to earn more Focus Points by introducing bonus activities. These activities are designed to provide users with special opportunities to earn extra points.

Process
The user fills out the Focus Point Booster Entry Form.
The entries from the Google Form will be automatically collated to the Responses Tab.
The customer support team will copy and paste all the necessary information from the user's entry to the "Focus Point Booster Entries," which is likely a document or spreadsheet used to track user inquiries or feedback.
At the end of day (EOD), the customer support team will send an update to customer-service Slack Channel if they added new entries to the "Focus Point Booster Entries" tracker.
Martin and/or Monica will review the entries during a meeting and decide whether to approve or decline them and update the tracker.
Once approved or declined, the customer support team will add points to approved user entries and send a template email to the user, informing them of the decision made on their entry.
a. For declined entries - ensure that the email contains the actual reason indicated by Martin or Monica why their entries got declined.
Note: All Email Templates should be reviewed by Martin prior to updating the content

We have already added the Focus Points to your account, and you can see them the next time you log in.
