This article explains the process on when to and how to create and update screenshots for the Practice Exam questions.
Pointers:
Create a screenshot that reinforce and explain the correct answer to the question
The screenshot should be configured to match the scenario as closely as possible
Create a user Martin Gessner and use that user for any screenshots
2 or more screenshots may need to be combined into one image to explain a scenario
The screenshots should be save to the correct google slide presentation

How to CREATE a screenshot:
Identify the certification > category > detailed objective of the question. Once this is identified, a reviewer will now be able to access the correct folder.
It is important to select the correct google slide presentation that matches the detailed objective of the question.
Once the google slide presentation is found, follow the steps below:
Save the screenshot to the next available slide (If no available slide, please create a new one).
If texts, arrows, or any additional annotations are needed, the screenshot should be edited directly in google slide. It will allow a reviewer to easily update the same screenshot/image in the future if needed instead of recreating a new one.
Once all the necessary edits/updates are completed, use the link on the address bar of the slide that you just added as the image link in QMS.
How to UPDATE a screenshot:
Identify the certification > category > detailed objective of the question. Once this is identified, a reviewer will now be able to access the correct folder.
It is important to select the correct google slide presentation that matches the detailed objective of the question.
Once the google slide presentation is found, follow the steps below:
Find the screenshot that is being updated if its on any of the slide presentations.
If the screenshot is not found, follow the steps How to create a screenshot above instead.
If the screenshot that needs to be updated is found, continue.
Edit the screenshot directly in google slide if possible, especially if the update needed is for the text annotation.
If it's not possible to edit the screenshot directly, create a new one instead and see to it to add all other elements such as annotations, arrows, boxes, etc. directly that will allow a reviewer in the future to edit it directly in google slide.
If a new screenshot needs to replace the existing one, follow the steps provided above under How to create a screenshot.
Once all the necessary edits/updates are completed, use the link on the address bar of the slide that you just added as the image link in QMS.
