Guidelines on Creating and Updating Questions
This task is to create Salesforce certification style sample practice questions.
There are four parts in each question item:
1. Questions are in multiple choice format with 4 or 5 choices, and 1, 2 or 3 correct answers.
2. An explanation has to be provided as to why the answer is correct and why the other options are incorrect. (Users have told us repeatedly that this help them understand the concepts better.)
3. At least one reference link has to be provided in case the user wants more detail. You can also add a second reference link.
4. Up to three images/screenshots can be added for more information. An image is not required but strongly encouraged.
DO’s and DO NOTS
DO NOT:

Write questions you remember if you took the exam
Refer to Salesforce number limits in questions. Limits change!

Use 'Universal Containers' as a company name. Use a unique company name. Examples: Solar Solutions, Cosmic Enterprises

Test the questions yourself, to make sure the answer is correct
Mix the number of choices between 4 and 5
