These are the steps on how to delete a user account in the backend.
1. Go to Focus on Force homepage then login using your account. Ensure that you have Editor access.
2. Enter the correct URL of the server in the address bar then press enter.
3. From the Dashboard, click Users > All Users
4. Search the desired user account using the search function located at the right side of the page.
5. Click the Username to open.
6. First, we need to remove the access to the courses by going to the 'User Enrolled in Courses' section. Select the course/s from the 'Search Enrolled Courses' list column then click the left arrow. Ensure all courses are removed in the list.
Note: To select multiple courses, press CTRL + click
8. Secondly, we need to delete the course progress history by clicking the 'Check and click update profile to permanently delete user's LearnDash course data. This cannot be undone' checkbox under the Permanently Delete Course Data section.
9. Click the 'Update User' button below the page to apply the changes.
10. Go back to the Users page then hover to the desired username you wish to delete then click the 'Delete' link
11. Lastly, select the 'Delete all Content' radio button then click the 'Confirm Deletion' button.
