Process
The user clicks on the 'Apply Now' button, indicating their interest in becoming a Focus Ambassador.
The user fills out the application form, providing their personal and contact information, as well as answering any required questions.
Customer Support receives an email with all the applicant's information via support@focusonforce.com.
3.1 If the user doesn't have an FoF Account, the email that CS Team will receive won't contain the Customer User Profile. In this event, CS Team needs to send a confirmation email to the user.
3.2 If the user has an existing FoF Account, the email that the CS Team will receive will contain the Customer User Profile
Customer Support copies and pastes the applicant's information into the Focus Ambassador Applicant Tracker, which is used to manage and track all applications.
Customer Support sends an End-of-Day (EOD) notification to customer-service Slack Channel and indicate how many applicants were added to the tracker or if there were no new applicants.
Monica or Martin, will review and approve or decline the applicants based on specific criteria, and update the tracker. Approved applicants will the be added to the Focus Ambassador Mailing Segment by signing up to the Focus Ambassadors Enrollment Form (c/o Martin and Monica).
In the event that there are certain information that needs to be confirmed, Martin/ Monica will send a separate email prior to deciding whether to approve/ decline the applicant.
Customer Support sends an email to the applicant informing them whether they were approved or declined to become a Focus Ambassador.

Join the Slack Community!
To join our Slack channel, please follow the steps below:
Enter your email address: Please use the same email address that you provided when you joined the Focus Ambassador program.
Create a password: Set up a secure password to access the Slack channel. We recommend using a strong password to ensure the security of your account.
Once you've completed these steps, we will grant you access to the Slack channel and be able to start engaging with other Focus Ambassadors right away.
