Website New Feature

What is the new feature? We have added a chat widget that will allow users to talk to our support team in real time.

Note: We have it initialy shown on the faqs page but we need to add some enhancement on the control of the chat widget display on webpages so we turned it off for now.

We have also a plan to show it on homepage and sales pages eventually.

Website Enhancement

What is the enhancement? We added enhancement that will allow us to separate the percentage criteria of an exam to its title. That way we won't need to update every exam title on salesforce when there are changes on the percentage criteria of an exam.

Note: This is not yet applied on all exam courses and is only applied to https://focusonforce.com/courses/salesforce-service-cloud-practice-exams/ at the moment. But we will add them eventually on all exam courses.

We also made some changes on how we show or the look of the percentage criteria of each exams on exam list on exam courses page.

In addition to that, we also added a way to add these branch lines to group exams on the list.

All of this changes will be applied after configuring it on the additional two fields under the "FOF Customizations" group on the backend of each exam pages.

1.) Exam Title Percentage.

We could use this one to show the value of the percentage criteria with the new look beside the exam title. By default, it won't show the percentage criteria.

2.) Exam Part.

We could use this one if we wanted to group topic exams(if the exam is part of another exam).

There are three options: First Part, In Between and Last Part.

First Part - Use this if the exam is the first part.

In Between - Use this if the exam is in between first and last part.

Last Part - Use this if the exam is the last part.

Here's the example for reference:

Logic and Process Automation Part 1 - PD2 = First Part

Logic and Process Automation Part 2 - PD2 = In Between

Logic and Process Automation Part 3 - PD2 = Last Part
