The user fills out a redemption form.
Customer support receives an email that includes all the information provided by the user.
The user receives an email containing all the information they provided.
Customer support adds all the details to the Focus Ambassador Kurrency Redemption Tracker.
Martin will approve the redemption requests and update the tracker
Customer support sends the approved redemption requests to K2, to Bill at the email address WCrawford@k2partnering.com and should copy Queenie qbarrientos@k2partnering.com and Jackie JBiasbas@k2partnering.com
Bill - Bank transfer
Queenie/ Jackie - Paypal/ Amazon GC
Once K2 confirms the payout requests, Customer Support sends an email template to the user informing them that their request is in process and to expect the completion of their request within 30 days.
To close the Kurrency Redemption request, K2 will send an email confirming that the payout has been completed (including the receipt). Customer Support (support@focusonforce.com) should be copied in the said email.
