File name format for Study Guide slides and QMS screenshots

Study Guide Slides

• Format: cert-(unique number)-heading e.g. pd1-301-introduction.

• Refer to this sheet to get the unique number for each objective.

• Spaces on the file name should be represented by a "-".

• File name should follow "lowercase" format.

QMS screenshots

• Format: 

  • Questions with one image: qms-(question ID)-V1 e.g. qms-1323-v1.

  • Questions with more than one image: qms-(Question ID)-image1-v1.

  • If we are replacing the image in S3, change the version number for v1 to v2 or whatever version it is for the image.

• Spaces on the file name should be represented by a "-".

• File name should follow "lowercase" format
