Q: When was the material last updated / is it updated to the latest exam?

A: We are constantly working on improvements and updates and making sure that the Focus on Force materials are up to date with the latest release.

Regarding updates, this is done in a couple of ways:

- We check the official exam guide every release and update the material and questions for any changes in the topics 

- We check the release notes and update the questions and study guide for any major functionality changes

- We updated based on survey comments and feedback in the forum on the questions

- If an error is pointed out or something is out of date and it is reported in the forums or page comments, we generally update in a few days

Q: How close are the practice tests to the real tests, how likely is it that I would pass right now?

A: Yes if you really know 80+% of the material (not just get the questions right) you will be very well placed to pass the exam. Please make sure you identify your weak areas, and try out scenarios in your own org. Use active recall where appropriate (e.g. recite out loud to yourself the concepts or explanations) to make sure you really know them!

You are ready when you have gone through the practice exams and identified the areas where you are weak, and then concentrated on them using the topic exams. Once you have a good understanding of those areas, and have recreated scenarios in your dev org, you would be in a good position to take the exam.

Q: Will you have X certification on your site in the future?

A: We are creating another course sometime next year but we still haven't decided which one it will be.

Once we have decided, we will make an announcement through the mailing list.

Q: Is the material downloadable to a mobile phone or tablet?

A: The material cannot be downloaded on a mobile phone or tablet. However, you can pre-load the pages before you are out of the connection.

Q: Do you have a special price when the study guide and practice exams are bought together?

A: We can offer a discount if you buy the study guide and practice exams together for USD$29 instead of USD$38.

Q: I just paid for the course and clicked the Start Here Link and the video would not play. I get an error message stating something about privacy settings not right so the video cannot be displayed on my screen. What do I have to do to play the video?

A: Please try deactivating your browser add-ons or extensions then try again. You can also clear your cache or try another browser.

Q: My course just expired, please reinstate it. 

A: Case-by-case basis. Reinstate access if the user did not get to use the course much (for exams, let's say 3 or less results in the user page). When in doubt, ask in Trello.

If the user used the practice exams a lot or have gone through the study guide:

 Access is for 12 months and then expires as we offer personal replies in the forums to your questions and also have a team that is constantly updating the material.

You would need to purchase again to regain access.

Exception: Sometimes users provide valid reasons for requesting for an extension. These include, but not limited to, becoming a parent or having medical problems.

Q: I am no longer using your services so please delete my account and remove me from all communications.

Step 1: Remove all courses from the account. Save.

Step 2: Delete LearnDash history.

Step 3: Delete account.

Step 4: Let the user know that the account has been deleted.

Q. Can I pay with AMEX? 

A: Yes, it is possible to use AMEX if you select PayPal as the payment method then use a guest checkout and use a credit card.

Q. Do you offer discounts for veterans?

A: We're offering discounts for veterans like you. You may use "VETFORCE" discount coupon code in purchasing the course.

Q. How to download content on PDF for offline reading?

A: You cannot print or copy the contents but you can save the webpage in PDF file by doing the following instructions:

1. Go to the desired lesson. (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Exams)

2. Ensure to expand ALL the toggles to display the contents

3. Click the burger menu located at the upper right corner of your browser then click 'Print' or simply press 'CTRL + P'

4. Ensure Destination is set to 'Save as PDF' and then click 'Save' button

5. Save the file in your desired drive and you're done!

Q. Any question about videos in Admin

A. Videos have been added to a number of the key topics and we plan to add more.
