When users have questions about specific items in the practice exams, they can directly post in the forum using the "Provide Feedback" button while taking an exam. The Focus on Force team then responds to the question or comment in the forum and, if needed, takes action to improve the question item. Improvements can be done through updating information, adding more details to the explanation, listing more reference links, and adding screenshots.
1. Go to the forums page: https://focusonforce.com/forums
Make sure you have access to all of our 18 courses so you can see all topics across all cert boards.
2. Select a topic whose last post was NOT from Martin Gessner, AP, Zrna, Rielle, Jay, Ian, Jobelle, Sara, Vidya, Duy. This implies the user's feedback hasn't been addressed yet.
3. Click on the post and read the feedback.
If the user has a question or requires clarification, then answer the question or provide clarification. The complexity of the question/clarification can vary.
If it's a suggestion or if you can see a way to improve the question item, edit the question via the QMS. Afterwards, reply to the topic to say that the question has been updated. For example, "Thanks for your feedback, this has been updated."
If the feedback is formatting- or typo-related, please leave it for Zrna as she checks the forum daily.
NOTE: To avoid two people working on the same topic, please reply with something like "Hi, thanks for your feedback. That is a good point, we will update the question to make it clearer." if you think more than 10mins is required to work on it (e.g. if you plan to add a screenshot where configuration is needed).
4. Please refer to this wiki page for updating a question using the QMS.
