Reports

Question Count

Admin should be able to filter the count of questions per exams by Certification and per Topics by Exams. 

To filter the Question Count per Exams, go to the Exams tab then select the desired Certification from the dropdown list.

After selecting the desired Certification, it will automatically filter the list of question count and total per exam type (Practice Exam, Topic Exam, Question Bank and Sample Exams) as shown below:

To filter the Question Count per Topics, go to the Topics tab then select the desired exam from the dropdown list.

After selecting the desired Exam, it will automatically filter the list of question count and total per topic as shown below:

Reports

When a user wanted to view the count of questions by Certifications or by Reviewer or by Screenshots, they can do it under the Reports section. 

Filter by Certification

To view the question count by Certification, go to the Certification tab under Reports section. Select the desired Assignment Type from the dropdown list. 

The question count by Certification per Assignment Type will be listed automatically upon filtering as shown below. 

Select Type: Forum Feedback 

Filter by Reviewer

This report lists the items by reviewer. It is similar to the existing report that lists the number of work items by certification by status however, it will list by reviewer. 

To view the question count by Reviewer, go to the Reviewer tab under Reports section. Select the desired Assignment Type from the dropdown list. 

The question count by Reviewer per Assignment Type will be listed automatically upon filtering as shown below. 

Select Type: Certification Improvement 

Filter by Screenshots

This report lists the total number and percentage of questions with screenshots. 

To view the report, go to the Screenshot tab under Reports section. Select the desired Certification from the dropdown list. 

The report  will be listed automatically per Category upon filtering as shown below.
